      The flexibility was great and they often asked for our input when making decisions

      Cons

      Management changed quite a bit and the company needed more structure regarding employee positions and responsibilities.

      the ceo really had good intentions and seemed to be a moral and ethical person...he was just too swamped and busy keeping it financially afloat to deal with the messed up day to day practices

      Cons

      terrible "middle" management...bullies to a lot of the minimum wage workers and in many cases racist, accusing people of stealing, etc. very clearly based on race

      Pros

      Free leftover food everyday, kept me and my girlfriend fed the whole time I worked there.

      Cons

      They closed down with less than 24 hours notification for its employees and contractors. Thanks for screwing us little guys!
