      Great learning experience!

      Pros

      Smart and young people, ambition to grow, a lot of learning by doing, work hard - play hard. The CEO (Toby) was really good at raising funds and maintaining relationships with investors and the COO (Jens) was passionate about making things happen and he was/ is, ultimately, the driving force of the company.

      Cons

      Long hours. For example, I couldn't enrol in any German classes because all of them started at 18h30/ 19h00, which was way too soon for me. It was also a bit chaotic at times, but that's unavoidable if you're growing a company from 20 to 60 employees in less than a year.

      Pros

      - Friendly and very helpful colleagues (The staff make the brand!) - Open to idea's and creativity to grow the brand - Genuine, what you see is what you get as a business and individuals - They support you not pressure you

      Cons

      I honestly can't fault Spotcap at all. Without a doubt the best move for me in my career! Big thank you to Lilly Martin for bringing me on board.

      Experience of recruitment process

      Pros

      - Very smooth on-boarding process and super quick - Opportunity to 'meet the team' - Point of contact extremely friendly and flexible as well as always being available

      Cons

      - Only piece of feedback would be more information around interview structure i.e competency questions or example questions. However for me the whole process was flawless
