      - THE PEOPLE. They are the best. - Great leadership from passionate individuals with big dreams. - It’s a pleasure to work in Shoreditch in a nice office with a good atmosphere. - you are treated like the adult that you are. If you show up and work hard no one is going to be looking over your shoulder. There is a real respect for a person’s ability to do their job. - we have fun and celebrate our wins 🙂 - people are proud to work there and are passionate about the business succeeding

      It's a growing company. Sometimes you have to put in the extra time if there is something urgent that needs doing quickly. If you work in tech, I think this is to be expected and is all part of the adventure when you work in a fast paced and exciting workplace. It’s also great for professional development.

      Pros

      Choose the job you love and you won't work a day in your entire life. That's really true when you work for a company that gives you the right boost! Here at Spring, I have found friendly, professional people. There is always a nice atmosphere and plenty of food and drink !! The thing I love most is that they trust you and what you do.

      I will not work from home because I love coming to the office!
