      From Great Place to Work to Worst Place to Work

      Pros

      The only pro left in the company is that its remote.

      Cons

      Sprinto has turned from a Great Place to Work to Worst Place to Work. Very toxic culture. Sales has turned into a hire and fire mode. There are no good sales leader to look up to. The new sales leader has just messed everything up. Quotas doubled overnight with no one showing the path to hit quota. If you dont hit quota you are fired.

      Work pressure is extremely high and you are expected to put in 12-14 hours a day and work on weekends,

      Toxic culture undermines remote work flexibility

      Remote work, but expected to stay home and work, everything about being able to travel and work in their JD but managers make your life a living hell if you do so

      Cons

      Most of the VPs are replaced so the culture that existed 2 or 3 years ago has completely disappeared, it is as toxic as it can get, all these new VPs are doing is shifting blames and pointing fingers at each other and their teams get penalised! Also the people team here is another toxic mess, you go to them against any VP and they shift the blame on you to curry up favours from the VPs
