Constant Engineering turnover Engineering is not understood, web applications are unstable with constant bugs and downtime Working Monday-Saturday the week of mandatory in person summits (6 days/week rather than 4) Deadlines that are unreasonable, inflexible and not dictated by engineers Unpredictable schedule, I was promised a 4 days work week and almost no one works only 4 days/week. The culture presented on the website is not the culture I experienced. None of the employees I spoke to that were let go got any severance (about half the company was let go, some very soon after they were hired).

Toxic toxic toxic. There was no direct HR Department to turn to or trust. The managers don’t have experience leading a company. This company pushes their employees to meet unrealistic goals, does not support them and then trashes the employees when they fail, over and over again. The executive team is rude and talks bad about employees all the time. There is daily meetings where all they do is rip their employees. Constantly walking on egg shells. Everyone was burnt out. There were no boundaries. Then the 4 day work week is nonexistent, that was a mistake as they already severely underpay and over work their employees when stress is very very high. If this is a start up environment, they give start ups a bad name. Avoid at all cost, unless you want to find yourself looking for another job after a short period of being there.
