      Pros

      The best part of working here is definitely the people. The team is full of talented, thoughtful individuals who genuinely care about doing great work and supporting each other. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility and healthy work-life balance — it makes the day-to-day feel much more sustainable and human. It’s a place where you can learn from smart colleagues and feel encouraged to contribute meaningfully.
