Pros
Money and hours were ok. Owner constantly gaslights employees and talks down to workers. Ive seen a lot of turn over at this company and a lot of it is people leaving due to the owner, Bridget. She's a horrible business owner and makes the people hired feel worthless.
Cons
Pto is earned by score cards, sicks days are bare minimum, toxic owner, drama

The co-workers and clients are amazing! Management really looks out for staff, will bring items needed in the field, have a loaner car available if anyone needs it, and really work with you so you can do better. I have never seen any hostility! Management will bring you in when needed for verbal or written actions, that happens everywhere.
Cons
It is hard work, but very rewarding if you like cleaning and organizing.
