A good organization overall. The pay has gone up a TON in recent years, and is now better than a lot of other organizations. They have a lot of giveaways for employees. It's great getting to know the people you support.

Cons

Some coworkers and managers are not welcoming or communicative. Certain work environments are really negative because of this, but it's totally dependent on the specific house and its employees.
