Very good atmosphere. Seniors are all very helping. Good work life balance. Good management. Great place to work and learn new technologies. Ready to use newer technologies. Good salary package If you perform well you will get an appraisal more than you get while changing job. Even normal appraisals are more than what MNCs are giving
