      Very flexible and always ready to pioneer and promote new products and services. New management is bringing in much more of an open, sharing culture to promote cohesive growth,

      Previously was very siloed in working causing confusion and distrust - seeing major changes now as mentioned. Lack of good operating and reporting systems which is impeding growth.
