      Culture of bullying, harassment and senior management not taking action

      Standards Au produce great work. However the question is, at what expense?

      Hierarchical structure, poor processes in place when there is complaints about bullying and harassment complaints, managers taking sides of senior staff even though they have used their position to take advantage of junior staff, no transparent objective review of complaints. There is a reason why the average duration of employment for newer staff is less than 1 year -2 years.

      The employees are great, lots of event and opportunities to come together with the team.

      Cons

      Very little opportunities for career progression - unless you are liked by management. Very archaic thinking. A lot of politics (despite being a company that prides itself on transparency). Management refuses to change or learn in any way. If you read through all the 5-star reviews on this page you can clearly see they are written by managers/HR.

      free coffee thats about it.

      terrible working conditions , the work culture was terrible , political in the office unless you are best friends with management you will not get far, the management team are clueless and do not resolve issues and HR team is just as bad... do not work for this company if you value you your time, little flexbility make you come to the office most the time.
