Do not join as there is no job reliability. What management say, they never fulfill. Communication is zero and this is across all departments. All teams are compartmentalized and work in silos.
Cons
Losts of reasons to not join. Top to Bottom management style. Racist and self loathed Managers who do not care about team members. Micro management and small thinker. Company Strategy is weak and unreliable.
