The owner of the company as well as all the managers work just as hard as the employees and always available with an open door policy

Pros
This is a great company to work for. They care about their employees and treat them like family. They are willing to work with you if you need time off for illness or the birth of a child. The work atmosphere is very friendly and mostly drama free.
Cons
It takes awhile to advance your career as there is very low turn around since it is a great place to work.
