Pros

If you work your life away with the company by almost never declining extra hours, you'll make an amazing impression on the company, especially if you're resourceful and strategic. If you can make a name yourself in a positive manner with other employees AND management, you'll be successful. Because I worked my butt off with the company, I got promoted from unarmed security guard to site Supervisor really quickly. I was offered to be promoted again. My favorite higher ups that I'd love to shout out are Dan Hanks and Ray. If you show that you're dedicated to good effort, they will notice and they will take care of you. If you do work hard with the company and Dan Hanks notices, you could ask him for more hours and he would do his best to help out. If you'd ask him to switch sites with good reason, he'd help out. If you needed to change your hours because of school, family, or other life related reasons, he would do his best. He's a gem to work with.

Cons

I didn't like having to drive into the city of Houston to get uniforms considering I would have to make time outside of my busy, excessive schedule working with them. The scheduler, Elizabeth, is well known for giving empty promises to employees and not communicating at all unless she needs something from you. The best way to get in contact with her when you can't get a hold of her is by contacting other employees that work in the main office attempting to discuss the topic that you need to discuss with her and when they inform you to discuss this with her, you easily can explain that you are having difficulty getting in contact with her. The person(s) you talked to will then get her to contact you. As a supervisor and someone who made themself especially valued in the company, I helped other employees get things that they deserved. It shouldn't be so difficult to get more hours when the hours are available and I have had to hound them to help others who were struggling. I utilized my ability to communicate as middle man and appropriate reason with higher ups to treat employees fairly.
