I've never worked somewhere where everyone (including myself) loves their job the way they do here- it is contagious. Starcity is still a relatively small startup that is growing at a rapid pace. Everything is growing and moving quickly which means there is so much opportunity for learning and growth. There's no rulebook on how to do things which means if you are curious there is no end to what you can try. I'm so impressed by the company culture that has been built by not just the founders, but the employees. The company truly is living up to its core values and that is so refreshing to see. I'm so grateful that I get to call Starcity my home!
