Pros

None! The whole company should get hard time in the dungeon. They are robbers. Hide your pocketbook!

Cons

Attempts to recruit "know-it-alls" (nobody's perfect) Subjects employees on government contracts to slavery. They rob their employees of their hard earned pay for the first pay period and say they will pay you by paper check after you are terminated; but they never do (stealing federal money). Steals employee travel expense refunds. In the IT field, the feds and the prime contractors like to use Starpoint to scapegoat employees. When the feds and primes make big boo-boos on the job, they take it out on the temp sub-contractor and discharge him/her. Starpoint likes situations like these because they feel they can further penalize the employee by not giving final pay, for something he/she was not at fault for. Still uses paper for timesheets. Don't give them your SSN. Auful belefits: They don't take effect for 90 days. lack of federal holidays for federal contractors. HIDE YOUR POCKETBOOK FROM THESE ROBBERS!

Pros

PROS? HA! This is a joke, right?

Cons

Worst staffing agency on the planet. I was offered a position at a client without even being interviewed by the client/hiring manager. I pushed countless times that I refused to take a position that I was not properly interviewed for to ensure it was a mutual fit. After a joke of a meeting, I worked 2 months in the role before being let go because - GO FIGURE - I was a good fit. This agency is just after money and recruiters are just out for their own behinds and commission.

Full Desk Recruiter

Pros

Good environment to work in. Good work life balance schedule. CEO is a genuine good person.

Cons

CEO keeps a lot of dead weight around in management. The "Chief Success Officer", doesn't have a clue on how to sell staffing services to clients. "Used Car Salesman approach". CSO would low ball offers to qualified sales people and would hire cheap labor with no previous experience or any successful background. One particular office was doomed from the beginning. Certain Business Development people would only send their favorite recruiter's candidates even if the other recruiter's candidates were better.
