      Avoid at all costs!

      Pros

      Pay is above average but only in place as they treat staff so badly and so many people. I think they have one of the highest turnovers in staff in that area!!

      Cons

      Wow! There are so many. Management is useless (from the top down) and creates an environment of fear where everyone isn't safe thus lots of untrust, backstabbing and no loyalty. Do not work here

      The Management is very poor. They are not friendly and no good communication. I will advice to stay away from this company (Static Control in Reading) The wages are very poor and low...

      Cons

      Very poor working conditions, non-existent benefits, accidental managers, plainly stupid and ignorant senior management bereft of any leadership skills.
