Pros

- There are a lot of great employees there - Employees get to leave at 4PM on Fridays - Free gym membership

Cons

- Lots of corruption within upper management - You will have to sell your soul and compromise whatever values/morals you may have in order to get to the top - Company is run by old, white men and there is a serious lack of diversity within the company - Contradictory to the fake reviews written on here, it's not hard work that's valued, but playing "the game" and making nice with corrupt executives - Do not care about retaining valuable employees/certain departments are a constant revolving door - Have a tendency to hire "friends of..." instead of experienced, qualified candidates - Culture is awful; the most they do for their employees is throw a holiday party each year and suggestions for making the workplace more engaging are thrown out the window - Do not learn from their mistakes and continue to make uninformed hires because they are desperate because of the turnaround - Serious lack of communication

Pros

Great people... Mostly. Easy commutes. Flexible... Selectively. Decent pay, but that's it. No significant others ncreases for cost of living or merit. No bonuses. Above average benefits, or so I'm told.

Cons

Terrible management structure. Treat architects, engineers and designers like slaves. Promotions based on merit or ability are non-existent. They try to consistently invent the wheel to Stellar detriment. Strangely this is not seen, and it costs millions in restructuring efforts every time.
