      Apart from compensation, nothing much to talk about.

      Cons

      Had a horrible experience working with stellar. Lots and lots of politics Horrible work hours No work life balance Management is incompetent Lack of support from management & bosses No business or work ethics, management is cheating the customers, both internal and external. No HR policies
