      No Work culture and Low Salary

      - provides accommodation - provides pick and drop service

      Cons

      - very low salary - lacks in basic amenities like drinking water unavailable sometimes, dirty washrooms - no work culture. people don't respect each other and raise voice irrespective of hierarchy

      Pros

      You can learn lot of things both technically and professionally. People are cooperative and create a good working environment. You have freedom to express your suggestion to the management, they are always open to that. Especially THE M.D. of this company is GEM of a person, always thinks to progress the company in new endeavours and technologies.

      Cons

      Think thrice before resigning as they will not allow a smooth relieving and after relieving from the company, the settlement will not happen that easily. you have to die before the amount reaches you...! :)
