Pros

Good Culture, knowledgeable, and professional team. Flexible hours and CEO trusts employees to make decisions. Because it is a small company, one can be exposed to many disciplines and have the opportunity to wear several hats.

Cons

The parent company can be difficult to work with. Colliding strategies and perspectives have caused a segmented feeling amongst the parent and other subsidiaries.

Pros

Flexible hours and interesting products/services.

Cons

Horrible vendor relationships. They purposely do not pay bills and have been cut off from even the most basic things. There is excessive internal division and poor leadership which makes it impossible to work effectively towards any vision or goal with any sort of reasonable deadline.

Pros

-Relaxed work environment. -Most middle management is great. -Exposure to a lot of different roles and responsibilities (for better or for worst).

Cons

-Top executives are out of touch with the reality of working at a startup, and are major problems for efficient operating. -No accountability for executives or employees in leadership positions, creating a roadblock for any progress made by junior staff. -Out of toner? Out of luck. There's no operations manager/coordinator/administrative assistant. -All the good employees leave... for good reason. -Inferior compensation for those who are not in leadership positions.
