      Good people, poor management

      Pros

      Some great, intelligent people who are always happy to help each other. Summer hours, an employer who invested in professional development.

      Cons

      Serious morale issues and seeming lack of growth opportunities. Unhappy people were plentiful and management did not seem to care much.

      - excellent co-workers - co-workers help you - hr cares of employees - good place for design and field expereince - social events - match RRSP - summer hours in fridays

      Cons

      - manager prices of the projects too low and then problems come - poor quality work because projects have little hours in them. - no laptop provided (only cellphone). no work from home. - manager avoids problems and employees deal with it - new ideas are not accepted by management - clients are not very important - field reports are not taken seriously - issued weeks or months after a visit.
