Small company that is easy to navigate and a great opportunity to foray into medical sales.

Cons

Management strategy is outdated and pay for clinicals is too low. Travel is astronomical with little opportunity for career advancement.

Great disruptive technology that is constantly upheld as one of the best study after study for patient safety and efficacy for procedures

Cons

Do not promote from within. Horrible bonus structure - low sum of $1500 per quarter but only when the entire TEAM reaches 105% - worst in the industry.

Pros

Great way to get your foot in the door in a very competitive and technical industry. Decent benefits. Get to keep travel rewards.

Cons

Pay is way under industry standard. Given minimal training and expected to train yourself further on your own time. Travel is a lot more than you are told about up front and you are told that you need to be adaptable. Minimal to zero opportunity for growth. Middle management lacks communication. The only update that their products have had in the past 10 years is pretty much just a face life that does not add mush in terms of benefits to customers. Next to nothing in the pipeline.
