The service they provide for the elderly it’s very important and they become like family. Good growth opportunities.
Cons
Due to budgets,(hours allotted to departments too low) understaffed. The love you develop for the residents and staff made it very hard to leave any sooner. Unfortunately, being on call 24 / 7and Being understaffed , is the only reason I left, otherwise I would’ve retired at this job.
