moral is and has always been low here. the owners only care about themselves. they micromanage and kicked all of the management team to the curb within months. there is no advancement here and work/life balance is non existent

The owners were toxic. They pretended to care about their employees but I would hear about what they would say behind closed doors. It was disgusting behavior and clear they are not good leaders - a lot of turnover, closed businesses, fake behavior. It is a typical female-owned small business - drama, gossip, etc. Always try to play the "victim" every time they get honest feedback. It is quite clear with their reviews. Try working for them then you'll be another one on the list to think like this about them. They always try to come back with "we have staff who have worked with us for 10-15 years," etc. That's because they were RENT staff - independent contractors who have some flexibility compared to employees. BEWARE!
