      - After it stopped growing in 2021 the vibe changed for the worse. - Struggling to find growth anywhere led to stressed executives and routinely having directives come top down with little to no input from other team members. - Routinely executives misinterpret data. - Seems like unless you have equity in the company you don’t get an opinion. - Only executives/VP have equity. - Sources all the best ski apparel from China.
