Pros

* New CEO is energetic & inspiring… adds a fresh perspective to on an old-fashioned organisation. * Respected company within the industry, with pockets of great people in the regional offices & business units.

Cons

* Seem to be some horribly toxic & treacherous characters within the senior leadership team. * Culture of bullying, blame, mistrust & mismanagement, particularly in London HQ… beware! * Poor benefits, poor technology, vague policies & shabby offices.
