Nice story, making beautiful claims

Cons

Incompetent leadership with no grip on technology, sales and innovation. Top down approach, hiring focused on nationality and location, not experience and skills. Incompetent to rude, unresponsive support functions like HR. A lot of talk about safety, but a total disregard for the actual people in a toxic culture of lies.

Good salary. Management allows you to plan your tasks & get on with doing them.

Cons

Packaging, Timber & Bio are all business areas of the future however they take the cash from the Paper Division & invest elsewhere. Management do not see a future for Paper & would get rid of this division at the drop of a hat.
