      Plenty overtime available, great when working only small part time contracts. Great access to management. Very approachable when (rare) problems occur and very fast solutions

      Cons

      Very sporadic shift changes, understandable considering sickness cover, holiday cover etc but changing the same shift 4 times within a week? It's challenging
