Storyy was a great company to work for, especially during its early stages when the team was still growing. It fostered a collaborative environment where everyone was approachable, supportive, and willing to help one another. For someone who was new to remote work, it provided an excellent opportunity to learn, develop professionally, and build a strong foundation for working in a distributed team.
Cons
As a startup, the company experienced some challenges with long-term job stability, particularly during the period when it merged with other companies. Like many growing organizations, the changes brought organizational restructuring and uncertainty, which affected the stability of some roles.
