Pros
I am full time Sr. Software Engineer (Chat Bot Developer) from approx 1 year in this company. First of all I'm writing this review because of my choice not the management have asked me to do so.
This is my personal experience that, here is a lot of opportunity to learn. Here we work on latest technology and platform. We are working on NLP and AI based product.
There is no any shortcut of success and knowledge gain, you must have to work hard. Instead of tagging a label of so called good company and seating on bench, it is always better to work in such company where you have always work to do.
I learnt a lot in this company and I love my work.
Benefit for all employees: Flexible timing, Work from home facility, Timely salary payment (on or before last date of every month), No bossy culture, absolutely zero politics (I always I saw in almost every organization but amazingly here no any politics and this is because there is no bossy culture) helpful and friendly top to bottom management, easy to reach management, excellent annual performance bonus award and so on.
Cons
There is CST and IST both timing work but it is neither rotational shift nor always have to work on both timezone. If any person work on some CST timing then can get easily work from home for next day and start his day with some late hours. There is no any online login and logout binding. It's totally balance of work so I can say there is nothing as cons that have to mention.
