Mental torture, non-stop messages and calls, tons of groups, OT even CNY & mid autumn festival etc.

Nice colleagues; Largest firm in local; Your hard work will be recognised and rewarded according to your performance (promotions, occasional salary reviews); Good prospect; Good stepping stones for communication graduates to enter financial / commercial world

Cons

Long working hour; Financial PR can be quite repetitive and boring while comparing to other marketing / luxury / beauty PR coz a lot of work has to be standardise, very few room for creativity
