We appreciate all feedback, but we strongly disagree with the characterization you've provided. While no workplace is perfect, the claims made here do not reflect the majority of our team, many of whom have been with us for years and take pride in the work we do and the culture we've built. It's unfortunate that your perspective is so misaligned with the values we promote and the reality we've seen firsthand. We remain committed to integrity, transparency, and respect—for both our clients and our team - but false reviews from disgruntled individuals who were terminated are unfortunately part of operating any successful business.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sorry the snacks weren't to your liking, but thank you for confirming why you were terminated from your position. I would just add that you should probably also mention the dozens (as in more than 50) of times you were late or just called out for no reason when you were verbally warned many times prior to your 2 written warnings. We always give our staff the benefit of the doubt, we feel that everyone is an adult and should be responsible for their actions. Everyone understands that being on-time for your shift and available for work is a critical part of - well - work. Our clients demand the best, and it is our obligation to provide a level of support that mirrors that demand. You are hard working guy, no doubt, and we appreciate all you did for Strategic. But your inability to be here caused a hardship for us and it simply couldn't be permitted to continue. It was unfair to others as well who were on-time. As far as the other comments, you know they are not true. Our employees are good people, that was a snide attempt at trying to take a cheap shot at us from someone who is disgruntled over losing their job. You don't need to go there. You're a good guy and we wish you nothing but the best in your career.
