Pros

The company has undergone significant changes over the past year, but has emerged as an exciting, fulfilling place to work. Highlights include: - Emphasis on teamwork extends across the entire business; everyone is willing to jump in and help each other - Solid product that has the opportunity to earn a position as a market leader - Creativity is encouraged and leadership is always interested to hear new ideas that might up-level the company - Tons of transparency from the top-down that facilitates open dialogue, honesty and cohesion - Endless opportunities for career growth - Employees are consistency recognized for achievements, through both formal employee recognition programs and organic channels (Slack, all-hands meetings, etc.)

Cons

Economic headwinds are tough right now, but that's not a problem specific to Stratifyd -- companies big and small are feeling that pain. We're operating very lean to ensure job stability and better position us for success. Beyond that, the only con I'd point out is a lack of diversity; building a diverse workforce hasn't been prioritized in hiring. A heterogenous employee pool would bake varied and valuable perspectives into the business, and prospective customers are eager to work with companies that prioritize DEI.

A great company with new leadership

Pros

I was the sales leader there through many regimes of leadership. I ultimately left because of an opportunity I couldn't turn down in a hot market, but it was a difficult decision for me because Stratifyd was finally at a point where things were getting good. They certainly paid the price for some bad hiring decisions over the last couple of years, but the core leaders left running the company are the right ones. The new CFO in particular knows his stuff and is skilled at balancing all of the competing interests in the company. And they have some great leaders who bring a lot of experience from buying and using this type of solution at other companies. Above all, the people there are just good people. The product is hands down the best in the AI-powered text analytics space, and it was never a reason we lost a deal━just ask a lot of their competitors which are much larger companies that lost big 7-figure deals to Stratifyd. The GTM strategy struggled with a lack of focus around the best ways for it to be applied, packaged, and delivered because of its widespread use cases, but they finally figured it out and started executing a winning plan. There's a bunch of opportunity at this company, but they've been paying for a graveyard of bad decisions from former leaders. I think they're almost done paying for it. A lot of the negative reviews on here are true, and they certainly earned them at that point in time in the company. It was never toxic through the worst times━they always had good intentions, and the work culture was always good. It's an entirely different company now that deserves only the best talent, and I think most reasonable people interviewing would see that without even reading this.

Cons

If I'm digging really hard, they issued me a used tablet for my laptop... a tablet. Unacceptable! I'll never forget it. I mean, sure, it technically had a stained, flimsy detachable keyboard, but that thing was bad. I somehow drew the short straw because everybody else had good equipment. For the record, I never used it anyway :)

The Direction is Changing...

Pros

- WFH - CEO/founder finally stepped-down and bringing in outside leadership across the C-Suite that is already transforming the company back into high-growth SaaS - A product that is needed at the right time, and in a 'blue-ocean' - Solid employee base - Additional funding is on the horizon - I feel like my voice is heard, and my impact is felt

Cons

- We recently went through a lay-off/RIF, but everyone felt it was necessary changes that should have happened months ago - Growing pains, sometimes I am required to wear multiple hats
