Pros

The flexible and remote work set up definitely helps you mix your work and home life. You are treated like an adult to manage your time and get on with your job. You get to work with intelligent and hard working people on an awesome product. There's also cool initiatives like the Creator Diversity People where you can see the positive wider impact of your work. People really care about what they do at the company and it's energising. Lots of effort is being made to get better at investing in people, so they know where they stand and where their future lies with the company.

Cons

Depends on how you like to work. It's fast paced and you'll be accountable for delivering. If this isn't how you like to work, this won't be the company for you. The company grew very quickly last year and needed more infrastructure in place to support that growth. Lessons have been learnt and there's a real commitment to put these learnings into action.

Pros

Interviews were all friendly and very accommodating. Tests were not over the top, huge pieces of work and respected my time. Onboarding has been great. The documentation and HR tools have made getting started and absorbing as much useful knowledge as possible very easy. Managers and colleagues have been very friendly and welcoming, immediately offering up opportunities for training in gaps in my knowledge without shaming me for having said gaps. Documentation for onboarding has been fairly comprehensive and very open to feedback and improvement. Been given a lot of trust and autonomy to just get started and made to feel very welcome. Really loving it here so far!

Cons

Not really a bad word to say. As always, no on-boarding process is perfect, there is always some level of assumed knowledge that ends up leaving a gap, but nothing has stood out as problematic and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved.
