      Pros

      The team - such a great supportive group. The training in all aspects such as business development, sales, marketing, campaign management and promotions. The variety - getting a chance to work with large organizations and challenging myself to learn something new everyday. Have time to learn not just about my career but making me think about my goals and ambitions and also what I want to achieve out of like - and that all these things are within my reach - it's the most motivating environemnt I've ever worked in.

      Cons

      The parking - but that's bristol city centre for you!

      Pros

      •Mr streames and the other employees are great, it's like a family away from home for me. •The potential for progression and earnings is completely uncapped if you want it •It's a fast paced fun environment

      Cons

      I don't really have much to say in this area, apart from the lack of parking outside the office. I personally haven't witnessed any cons for myself. I genuinely have a love for what I do and who I work with...

      Pros

      There are so many Pros, a very clear path of progression especially if you are looking for a career, I have been taught so many skills that can be used inside and outside of work, there is always something new to learn everyday which has helped me develop as a person! Success is always celebrated and I highly recommend this as a career to people who have a great work ethic and student mentality.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have a bad word to say about streamline promotions!
