decent wages and insurance benefits. it is a union shop. almost always.year round worklocated in beautiful colorado with plenty of recreation available/
Cons
sometimes you have to work in very adverse weather, all production is outside. management does not treat the employes as valuable assets. their attitued is we can get someone else to do your job. micro management is becoming rampant.
