Pros

Nothing I can think of

This is basically a call center with no leadership or strategy. The plan is google businesses and call and ask for freight. Lazy manager. Only have a few house accounts that keep them afloat. Terrible benefits, low base salary and slim margins. Poor training as well. They just stick you on an account and you make money for someone else. No work from home flexibility. They will make you take personal time off for doctors appointments. No growth at all. No short term disability. Just a bad overall place to work. Too many other places you can make 40k Don’t believe all the reviews they were written by the HR dork.

Under Paid, Over Worked, Underappreciated

Pros

Benefits are good, newer company, good industry to work in. Good core of customers, and have desire to develop and grow.

Cons

Employees are highly under paid and under valued. Very much a "everyone is replaceable" attitude. Very dedicated to new employees who are the flavor of the month, but then offer no additional support for new employees. Poor training, lack of communication internally, and their structure is far from certain.

Pros

Competitive pay, great culture, amazing benefits and perks!!!

Cons

Freight brokerage can be high stress and there are a lot of moving parts to learn when you first start. Expect to work OT and to be on call 24/7 if you work operations!
