Pros

Strikepoint is a great place if you're curious, creative, and passionate about marketing. The culture makes learning and collaboration enjoyable, far from a sink or swim environment, as everyone is supportive and friendly. Leadership genuinely cares for its people and is hands-on in ensuring the company continues to thrive along with its employees. You will at times wear multiple hats, but they serve as growth opportunities. I couldn't speak more highly about my experience and for the lifelong friends I made along the way.

Cons

Sometimes, tasks/projects can be ambiguous, but this can help you grow more strategically by truly understanding why they need to be accomplished and how best to provide value. Career and position goal setting could be better laid out, but overall leadership does a good job at supporting employees and making sure they feel valued and that they are growing.
