Got hired on at $22.00 an hour in November of '18, after 5 months of showing up, doing my job, no accidents, no incidents, no traffic stops and I'm suddenly making $25.00 an hour. Was never informed of this, my paychecks just got bigger. After my safety manager retires in 7 years, I'd like to slide into his position and retire myself from C.W. Strittmatter.
Cons
Occasionally jobs are cancelled on account of rain, but that's pretty much it.
