We appreciate you submitting feedback, as it helps us consider all perspectives and grow as a company. That being said, we can't help but feel the need to set the record straight on a few things you have brought up. First and foremost, our workplace is one of inclusion, professionalism, and friendliness - hostility of any kind, workplace gossip or "backtalking" is NEVER accepted at Stryder under any circumstances.
Second, while we can clearly see that you are upset about the former management being terminated from our company, we stand by our choices and are very excited about the new team we have assembled at Stryder USA and all of the positive changes that they bring on board.
Third, as noted in our other responses, one of the ways we appreciate and publicly acknowledge individual employees' hard work is through online shout-outs, rewards, and the like with our Feel Good Fridays program on Facebook. With a company of our size, sometimes certain people can feel left out. However, we are constantly making efforts to ensure that everyone in the Stryder family is recognized for their amazing dedication to their careers in a challenging industry. We have also increased our pay rates in the last year to reflect our sincere belief in the hard work that our drivers accomplish each day.
We are sorry that your career with Stryder didn't work out, but we would like to thank you once again for submitting feedback and wish you all the best with your future endeavors.
