Flexible work hours, highly positive work environment, healthcare, free lunch three days a week, snacks, and company trip incentives.

Cons

The only con is the one I'm currently facing, which is that they don't offer cost-of-living raises. Rent keeps going up, but the income doesn't rise with it...
