This company takes good care of its employees. Benefits are like everywhere else but there is one major perk, we had a profit sharing this year and it is amazing.

The company and the culture is amazing, manager is fantastic and the coworkers are friendly

Cons

The pay isn’t the best if you have large bills but it’s pretty decent pay for the pro you’re doing, insurance is a bit out of date
