Pros
Great work environment! Opportunity to work with up-and-coming artists that are passionate about what they are doing. Great pay and hours. Encouraged to learn and understand the different aspects of the music industry
Cons
Not all of the artist you work with have the gift for singing or playing. Sometimes dealing with the people and attitudes gets old. Some sessions last well into the night.
