      Pros

      The employees are wonderful, and the two Account Managers are amazing. They really do try to be kind and create an amazing culture. Honest with feedback and are able to adjust because their directives are constantly changing. You'll learn a lot. Free coffee. Beautiful office space.

      Cons

      Literally never trusted, the CEO might as well do everything herself. Honestly. There are so many creative, amazing people that work there but the CEO has her hands in every cookie jar and for the life of her cannot step back. She doesn't trust any of her employees. There are a lot of fake emails and accounts. All of them are the CEO or are on the orders of the CEO. No HR department. Regularly expected to stay late. It's not a suggestion. Remote weeks resulted in a lot of going into the office and you have to use your lunch time for drive time.
