      Pros

      Great projects with a lot of room for personal development. A lot of rapid prototyping and testing while working towards strict deadlines.

      Cons

      A somewhat chaotic atmosphere where the management did not listen to the developers. They were disconnected from each other while working on the same project.

      Pros

      Small family owned business, great team spirit, super creative and bubbly atmosphere at the workplace, treated like a human being and not just an employee. Amazing place to learn a huge amount about how a business works and is made.

      Cons

      Since its a small business, you tend to do a lot of things that are not originally on your contract. This is a great way to learn but can also become quite tiring after a while.
