      Su-Kam is a great company to work but the only negative thing is that the working environment is too fast-paced

      Pros

      Su-Kam offers a great working environment. There is a lot of freedom and flexibility which helps people grow. The founder, Kunwer Sachdev, is an institution in himself. I have learned a lot from him the past 3 years. Good ideas are always rewarded

      Cons

      The negative thing about Su-Kam is that the working environment is very dynamic. While this does mean that you get to do many things at same some time, it also means that you are not able to focus on one thing. People who want a routine job may not like working at Su-Kam. It is too fast-paced and challenging at Su-Kam

      un stable Managment, Salary Delays, Final Settlement (2months salary ) held More 8 Months; Till Date They haven't Released. Lot of Politics, No Proper Vision, Centralized Power , Vendor Payment Delay
