      - The office is lovely - Co-workers is like a family - Company is branded like a cult you want to be a part of

      Cons

      - Nepotism is through the roof - The CEO isn't always entirely "forthcoming" about the agency's actual past experience - Work very long hours doing a lot of menial tasks and little real design work - Management is infuriating to deal with

      An agency built upon "empathy"

      - Coworkers are incredibly smart and talented - The office is beautiful, in the center of the West Village - We have drinks every Friday

      Cons

      - Mismanagement and nepotism are so bad that they put the worst silicon valley culprits to shame. - The CEO released a book called "Applied Empathy" yet this agency (and especially management" knows nothing about this topic. - The agency is losing more and more work from past clients. There are few passion projects to work on. A lot of projects just feel like busy work (we're talking banner ads). - The case studies on the company's portfolio is a thing of the past. It's rarely updated because we no longer make compelling work.

      Pros

      Lot's of smart, creative people who are interested in many different subjects inside work and outside. Company perks include Fresh Direct, Freedom Fridays and working in a really cool loft-like office in West Village.

      Cons

      Lack of structure and direction at the company. Management does not provide clear direction or training. Management talks in circles when you try to discuss salary and raises. The company still feels very young and is still trying to define who they are and how they want to talk about themselves.
