administration and management is the worst i've ever seen at any place i've ever worked. i'm talked down to on a regular basis, policies are often changed without proper communication, there's no respect for anyone that uses our services or the people that work for the company, there's an annual workers appreciation one day but i would rather be treated with respect every day than have some party one a year, management manipulates in a multitude of ways that often gets you to do jobs outside of your job description without further pay or benefits.

The summer bus pick was a mess, disorganized and chaotic. It was the only time I noticed disinterest/annoyance from the management team. If you want to work in the summer, understand that you may not get the opportunity to do so.
