Salary was only real positive thing, and some of team were really kind and good people

So many. They are telling all job board that the opportunity is hybrid or remote when it is not. The owner of suits me just sacked quarter of the staff during cost of living crisis. Even HR manager was told to leave. Some very weird comments from some colleagues, not appropriate for this work setting. Everyone is told "don;t worry" about the negative reviews from customers complaining about locked accounts, but we never receive a good reason for lots of them. The office is nice but very inconvenient location for all staff apart from the owner. I was told big expansion plans when I started, but kept on delaying and now there is no plan for other places. In general avoid this place unless you are happy to lose your job after 6 months
